You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, alteration, or wear.

  • Return requests must be made within the 7-day window; requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Products purchased during sale periods or with discount codes may be subject to different return terms as specified at checkout.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or other concerns. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Accessories where hygiene is a priority.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

  • Any product that has been worn, washed, or altered.

 

4. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on ElleAurashop.in.

  2. Navigate to the “My Orders” section.

  3. Select the order you wish to return and click “Return/Exchange”.

  4. Provide clear reasons and, if applicable, photos showing the product condition or issue.

  5. Submit your request within 7 days from delivery.

Once we receive your return request, our team will review and respond within 48–72 hours. Approved return requests will be processed and a reverse pickup will be arranged to collect the item from your delivery address.

 

5. Refunds and Store Credits

  • Refunds: If a returned item is approved and eligible for a refund, the value will be credited back to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Store Credits: In some cases — particularly for COD orders — we may issue store credits instead of direct refunds. Store credits can be used for future purchases on ElleAurashop.in and will remain valid for a period specified at the time of issuance.

  • Shipping Charges: Standard delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

 

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (for a different size or style), please follow the same return process. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will send the replacement item subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the replacement item is of higher value.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
