1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
1. Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
3. Process: Email with your order number to initiate the exchange.
4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Exclusions: Final sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged.
5. Defective Items: If a product is defective, contact us within 5 days for a free exchange.
If the returned item fails quality checks (i.e., shows signs of wear or improper handling), the exchange request may be declined, and the item returned to you at your cost.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support within the exchange window by emailing elleaura9@gmail.com or calling +91 98735 76896 with your order number and reason for exchange.
Provide clear photos of the product you received, especially if the exchange is due to defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Our support team will review your request and respond with approval and next steps — including the return shipping address and instructions.
Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back via a reliable courier service. We recommend tracking your shipment.
3. Exchange Processing and Shipping
Approved exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Standard processing time is 2–10 business days after receipt, depending on seasonal volumes.
The exchanged product will be dispatched once inspection is complete and the requested replacement item is confirmed to be in stock.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value than the original, you will be required to pay the price difference before dispatch.
If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you as store credit or adjusted on your next purchase, per our discretion.
4. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect fulfillment on our part.
ElleAuraShop may reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon request and proof of payment, subject to policy terms.
We do not currently offer courier pickup services; returns and exchanges must be sent via third-party couriers arranged by the customer.
